Selection Process
Selection Process
The primary mode of selection is through a Personal Interview.
The selection mode might change at the discretion of Management.
Eligibility Check

Personal Interview
A provisional list of shortlisted candidates for the interview will be posted on MECON’s website.
Shortlisted candidates will receive interview details (date, time, and venue) via their registered email ID.
Final Selection
The final list of selected candidates will be posted on MECON’s website.
Selected candidates will receive details about document verification & Medical Examination via MECON’s website and their registered email ID.
Travel Allowance (TA)
Outstation candidates attending the interview will be reimbursed for travel expenses as per the company's rules.
