Educational Qualification

Head

  • Qualification: Full-time Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline, or a graduate in science with an MCA from a university or institute recognized by the Government of India or its regulatory bodies. Additional qualifications in Data Science or Data Analytics are desirable.

Dy. Chief Technology Officer

  • Qualification: Full-time Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline, or a graduate in science with an MCA from a university or institute recognized by the Government of India or its regulatory bodies.

Data Protection Officer (DPO)

  • Qualification: Graduation or equivalent.
  • Desired Qualifications: Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) (CIPP-Europe / CIPP-Asia), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP), Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT), Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE), PECB Certified Data Protection Officer (CDPO), Certified in Data Protection (CDP), ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, CISM, CISA, etc.

Pay Scale

Annual CTC (Approx.):

The annual CTC (Cost to Company) will be market-linked and determined based on factors such as experience and seniority level. The remuneration package includes both fixed and variable components, subject to applicable taxes and statutory deductions.

The consolidated remuneration, reflecting experience and seniority level, is provided on an annual basis and will be reviewed periodically. The CTC encompasses all forms of compensation, including allowances, benefits, and perquisites, whether paid as a lump sum, monthly, periodically, or annually, except as specified in separate terms and conditions.

Place of Posting

Mumbai / Navi Mumbai Bank reserves right to post a candidate as per Bank’s requirement. Candidates are likely to be posted at Mumbai however the Bank reserves the right to post to any offices of the Bank or to any place as per requirement of the Bank.

Selection Procedure

  • Preliminary Screening: Candidates will be initially screened and shortlisted based on the eligibility criteria, qualifications, and experience provided in their applications.

  • Provisional Candidature: Candidature, following preliminary screening and without document verification, will be provisional. Final confirmation will depend on the verification of all details and documents with the originals when the candidate reports for the Personal Interview (PI), if invited.

  • Further Selection: Only those candidates who are shortlisted, qualify in the PI, and rank sufficiently high in the merit list will proceed to the next stages of the selection process.

  • Interview Details: The center, address, time, and date of the interview will be communicated to shortlisted candidates via email or call letter. Candidates must attend the interview at their own expense. Requests for changes to the center, date, or time will not be entertained. The Bank reserves the right to modify or cancel the interview schedule, location, or venue, and may conduct additional selection processes as needed. Any changes will be announced on the Bank’s website and/or sent to the candidate’s registered email.

  • Selection Basis: Selection will be based on the marks obtained in the PI. The Bank may adjust the selection process depending on the number of suitable candidates.

  • Final Selection: The final selection will depend on performance in the PI, ranking in the merit list, medical fitness as per the Bank’s standards, and meeting the eligibility criteria as of the cut-off date.

  • Tie-Breaking: If multiple candidates achieve the cut-off marks, they will be ranked based on age, with older candidates ranked higher.

  • Interview Call: The Bank reserves the right to invite only a necessary number of candidates for the interview based on preliminary shortlisting, considering their experience and qualifications.

Documents Required

i) A printed copy of the original and valid Interview Call Letter.

ii) Photo ID proof as specified in Point 7 below.

iii) Original mark sheets and provisional/degree certificates for educational qualifications.

  • For Previous Employers: Relieving Letters and Experience Certificates.
  • For Current Employer: Experience Certificate, Offer Letters, and Pay or Salary Slips, clearly indicating the date of joining and relieving for each employer, as well as the functional area of experience.
  • Details Required: The experience certificates or testimonials should specify the date of joining, date of relieving, designation at the time of joining, and any promotions with designations. If these details are missing, a bonafide experience certificate is required, detailing the functional area of experience and duration. Any adverse remarks or misconduct from previous employers will disqualify the candidate and cancel their application.

v) Candidates currently employed in Government/Quasi-Government offices, Public Sector Undertakings (including Nationalized Banks and Financial Institutions) must provide a “No Objection Certificate” from their employer at the time of joining the Bank. Without this certificate, their candidature will not be considered.

vi) Candidates who fail to present the required eligibility documents will not be permitted to attend the interview.

How to apply

b. Notifications will be sent to the email ID or mobile number provided in the application form. If candidates do not receive an email or SMS notification at their specified contact details, they should assume that their application has not been considered.

c. Applications that are incomplete, such as those lacking a photograph or signature, will be deemed invalid.

d. All information provided in the application is binding on the candidate. If any details are found to be false at a later stage, the candidate will be liable for prosecution or civil consequences.
