Indian Air Force Recruitment 2024 - Latest Agniveervayu Vacancies On 23 May 2024

The Indian Air Force is recruiting for Agniveervayu vacancies as of May 23, 2024. Eligibility Criteria 

Eligibility Criteria for Indian Air Force Recruitment 2024

• Candidates must have completed their 10th-grade education.
• They should possess certificates such as NCC 'A', 'B', or 'C', or a COAFP certificate if applicable.
• Other required documents include a Discharge Book, Service Book, Service Particular Certificate, or Discharge Certificate if previously employed by the Army, Navy, or Government organization.
• Applicants must pass a proficiency test in playing musical instruments.
• They need to qualify in an English written test, comprising 30 questions based on the Matriculation/10th CBSE syllabus.
• Physical fitness is essential, demonstrated through a fitness test consisting of a run, push-ups, sit-ups, and squats.
• Candidates must undergo Adaptability Test-II to assess their ability to adapt to the Indian Air Force environment.
• Medical fitness is determined through a comprehensive medical examination, including various tests like haemogram, urine analysis, biochemistry, X-ray, ultrasonography, ECG, and others.
• Candidates must be within the age limit of 21 years as of the date of enrolment.
• All candidates must pay a registration fee of Rs. 100/- plus GST during the online registration process.

• Children of Serving Air Force Personnel (COAFP) certificate (if applicable).

   2. In-Hand (70%): Rs. 21,000
   3. Contribution to Agniveers Corpus Fund (30%): Rs. 9,000
   4. Contribution to Corpus Fund by GoI: Rs. 9,000
2. 2nd Year:
   1. Monthly Salary: Rs. 33,000
   2. In-Hand (70%): Rs. 23,100
   3. Contribution to Agniveers Corpus Fund (30%): Rs. 9,900
   4. Contribution to Corpus Fund by GoI: Rs. 9,900
3. 3rd Year:
   1. Monthly Salary: Rs. 36,500
   2. In-Hand (70%): Rs. 25,550
   3. Contribution to Agniveers Corpus Fund (30%): Rs. 10,950
   4. Contribution to Corpus Fund by GoI: Rs. 10,950
4. 4th Year:
   1. Monthly Salary: Rs. 40,000
   2. In-Hand (70%): Rs. 28,000
   3. Contribution to Agniveers Corpus Fund (30%): Rs. 12,000

Examination Sequence 

Proficiency Test in Playing Musical Instruments: 

Candidates undergo a test to assess their proficiency in playing musical instruments individually or in groups.

English Written Test: 

Candidates who pass the proficiency test in musical instruments proceed to an objective-type written test in English. The test consists of 30 questions based on the Matriculation/10th CBSE syllabus.

Physical Fitness Test (PFT):

• PFT-I: Candidates must complete a 1.6 km run within specified timings to qualify for PFT-II.

• PFT-II: Consists of exercises like push-ups, sit-ups, and squats, with specific time limits for completion.

Adaptability Test-II: 

Candidates who pass the PFT undergo Adaptability Test-II to assess their ability to adapt to the military environment and lifestyle.

Medical Examination: 

Candidates who qualify for Adaptability Test-II undergo a medical examination to ensure they meet the medical standards set by the Indian Air Force.

This sequence of examinations determines the suitability of candidates for recruitment into the Indian Air Force.

Pattern of Marking 

• Candidates receive 1 mark for every correct answer.
• There are no marks deducted for wrong answers.
• If a candidate gives more than one answer to a question, they receive 0 marks for that question.
• The total marks scored by a candidate are the sum of all correct answers.

This system encourages candidates to answer questions confidently, as there is no penalty for incorrect responses.

Verification of Eligibility:
