Eligibility
Candidates should have a B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Software Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Technology, Electronics, Electronics & Communications, or MCA from a university recognized by the Government of India, government bodies, or AICTE. Legal studies will be considered an added advantage.
A minimum of 15 years of post-qualification work experience in Data Privacy and Data Security within the BFSI sector is required, specifically in organizations with a business size of ₹25,000 crore or more. Candidates should currently hold an executive or supervisory grade position in a corporate or public sector. Preference will be given to those with experience in Data Privacy Laws and Regulations, as well as other Data Security areas alongside relevant IT skills.
Salary
The compensation is negotiable and will not be a limiting factor for deserving candidates. In addition to a fixed salary, there will be a variable pay component tied to achieving specific targets, payable on a quarterly basis. Typically, the fixed pay and variable pay will be structured in a ratio of 80:20 of the total CTC.
Age Limit
The age requirement as of September 1, 2024, is a minimum of 40 years and a maximum of 60 years, inclusive of all relaxations.

The application fee is ₹100 (inclusive of GST) for SC/ST/PwBD candidates and ₹1000 (inclusive of GST) for all other candidates. Fees/charges should be paid to the specified account via Internet Banking, NEFT, or RTGS. The Reference number or UTR number must be included in the application form.
Selection Procedure
The selection process will consist of multiple rounds of screening, followed by interviews and possibly other assessments, such as written tests, group discussions, psychometric tests, and presentations, as determined by the Bank.
