Applications are invited from Medical professionals for engagement of Retainer to visit our IOCL Residential Colony Near Old Check Post, Ambaji Road, Aburoad, Sirohi- 307026 (Rajasthan) for 2 hours per day for 2 days a week.

Qualification and Pay Scale

• Doctors eligible to apply must have MD (Medicine) or MS (General Surgery) qualifications, with preference given to MD/MS holders over MBBS.
• Minimum requirement includes 2 years of experience as a General Practitioner.
• Retainer fees: MD/MS doctors receive Rs. 650/- per hour, while MBBS doctors receive Rs. 550/- per hour.
• Payment is based on actual attendance, capped at 52 hours per month.
• Annual increment of 5% on cumulative basis applicable for subsequent years.
• Initial contract period is 3 years, with termination possible by either party with 3 months' notice.
• Extension of contract for up to 2 years can be granted upon mutual agreement after the initial 3-year period.
