Details of Passing Marks
To pass the MHT CET 2024 exam, candidates must meet specific score requirements based on their category. For the general category, students must score at least 45% out of the total 200 marks, which equals 90 marks. For reserved category candidates, the required passing mark is 40%, which is 80 marks. However, it is important to note that the Maharashtra State Cell will release the results based on percentile rather than raw scores.
This means the final mark sheet will not display the actual marks obtained by the candidates but will show their performance relative to others. This approach helps in standardizing results and providing a fair comparison among all test-takers.
