  • Chemistry: Includes Inorganic Chemistry, General and Physical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Solid State, and General Ion Effect.

  • Mathematics: Encompasses Algebra, Trigonometry, Two-Dimensional Coordinate Geometry, Three-Dimensional Coordinate Geometry, Differential Calculus, Vector Algebra, Integral Calculus, Differential Equations, Statistics, Numerical Methods, Linear Programming.

  • Botany: Covers Structural Organization of Cells, Mendel’s Law of Inheritance, Differences between Prokaryotes and Eukaryotes, Five Kingdom Classification, Binomial Nomenclature, Tissue Systems, Food Preservation, etc.

The syllabus is designed based on topics typically covered in 11th and 12th class curricula.

Eligibility Criteria

Here are the eligibility criteria for MP PAT 2024:

For B.Sc. Agriculture/ Horticulture Courses:

  • Qualification: Candidates must have passed the 12th level or its equivalent from a recognized board.

  • Subjects: In the qualifying exam, candidates must have passed Physics, Chemistry, and any one of Mathematics, English, Agriculture, or Forestry.

  • Appearing Candidates: Those appearing in the qualifying exam in 2024 are also eligible to apply.

For B.Tech Agriculture Engineering Courses:

  • Qualification: Candidates must have cleared the 12th intermediate or its equivalent from any recognized board or university.

  • Subjects: Candidates must have passed the above exam with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English (PCME).
