Chartered Accountant:

- Probationary Officer (PO) in Officers Grade/Scale-I, candidates must be between 21 and 32 years old as of July 31, 2024.

Pay Scale for Nainital Bank Recruitment 2024
- Probationary Officer (PO) and IT-Officer (Cyber Security), the pay scale is Grade/Scale-I, ranging from Rs. 48,480 to Rs. 85,920, with increments of Rs. 2,000 for the first seven years, followed by Rs. 2,340 for two years, and then Rs. 2,680 for the next seven years. Additionally, dearness allowance and other applicable allowances are provided.
- Manager-IT (Cyber Security) and Chartered Accountant (CA), the pay scale is Grade/Scale-II, starting at Rs. 64,820 and progressing to Rs. 93,960, with increments of Rs. 2,340 for the first year, Rs. 2,680 for the following ten years. As with the other posts, dearness allowance and other applicable allowances are also provided.
Selection Process for Nainital Bank Recruitment 2024
- The successful candidates in the Online written test will be called for an interview.
- On selection of the candidates based on the online written test and interview, appointment letters will be issued for joining as Management Trainee or Clerical Cadre as the case may be subject to their being medically fit for assignment.
