Eligibility Criteria

For Land Record Associate (NE7 Equivalent):

  • Qualification: Must be a graduate.
  • Experience: Need at least 20 years of experience in dealing with land records and revenue matters, especially in Haryana, including experience with land acquisition for linear projects.
  • Skills: Should know how to examine ownership documents, handle court cases, and coordinate with revenue authorities. Also, familiarity with computer-based digitization is required.
  • Job Description: Responsibilities include collecting records, examining them, conducting site surveys, and preparing digitized documents for land acquisition.
  • Pay Scale: CDA Rs. 35,400-112,400 (L6) or above OR IDA Rs. 29,500-105,850 (NE8) or above

For Land Record Associate (NE6 Equivalent):

  • Qualification: Graduation is necessary.
  • Experience: Same as above, with 20 years of experience.
  • Skills: Similar to NE7 level.
  • Job Description: Similar to NE7 level.
  • Pay Scale: CDA Rs. 29,200-92,300 (L5) or above OR IDA Rs. 27,500-97,350 (NE7) or above

For Land Record Associate (NE5 Equivalent):

  • Qualification: A graduate degree is required.
  • Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience similar to NE7 level.
  • Skills: Comparable to NE7 level.
  • Job Description: Corresponds to NE7-level responsibilities.
  • Pay Scale: CDA Rs. 25,500-81,100 (L4) or above OR IDA Rs. 25,500-90,650 (NE6) or above

Selection Process
