Important Dates
NDA Eligibility:
- Candidates must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria before applying.
- For the Army Wing, candidates should have passed the 12th standard or equivalent.
- For the Air Force, Navy, and Naval Academy, candidates should have passed 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
Application Fee
- General/OBC: Rs 100
- SC/ST candidates/female candidates/Wards of JCOs/NCOs/ORs: No fee required
One Time Registration
Candidates must register through the One-Time Registration Portal (OTRP) on the official UPSC website before filling out the NDA application form. The OTR process involves providing personal details, educational qualifications, and contact information.

- Mother’s Name

- Valid Email ID
- Board Exam Roll Number

Exam Centres
- NDA exams are conducted across various cities in India in two shifts.
- Candidates can select three exam centers based on their preference during the application process.
Filling Part I of the NDA Application Form
- Visit the official UPSC website.
- Click the “New Registration” link and enter personal, educational, and address details.
- Choose branch preferences (Indian Army, Air Force, Navy).
- Verify the entered details and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Obtain the registration ID.
Filling Part II of the NDA Application Form
- Login with Email ID/Mobile Number/OTR ID and password.
- Pay the application fees (Rs 100 for General/OBC, no fee for SC/ST/Women).
- Select three exam centers.
- Upload scanned copies of the photograph, signature, and Photo ID Card.
- Agree to the declaration and submit the form.
