RBI Recruitment 2024 - Latest Bank’s Medical Consultant Vacancies On 27 May 2024 

Looking for a job opportunity in the medical field? The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has announced vacancies for the post of Bank’s Medical Consultant (BMC) on a contract basis in Kohima. The application deadline has been extended to June 10, 2024. Eligible candidates, holding an MBBS degree recognized by the Medical Council of India, with at least two years of experience, are invited to apply.

The selected candidate will work at the RBI office located on the 1st floor, T. Tachu Enclave, New Secretariat-High Court Junction Road, Kohima, Nagaland, with working hours of two hours on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. 

The remuneration for this position is ₹1,000/- per hour for the entire three-year contract period. Additionally, a sum of ₹1,000/- per month may be treated as a conveyance expense, and reimbursement of mobile charges at ₹1,000/- per month will be provided. Eligibility  

Degree Requirement: 

You need to have a degree in MBBS from any university recognized by the Medical Council of India.

Experience: 

You should have at least two years of experience practicing medicine in any hospital or clinic as a medical practitioner.

Location: 

Your dispensary or place of residence should be within a radius of 10-15 kilometers from the RBI office in Kohima, Nagaland.

Selection Process 

  • Interview: 

Eligible candidates will be called for an interview at RBI Kohima. The Bank may raise minimum eligibility standards to limit the number of candidates called for the interview.

Shortlisted candidates will undergo medical tests as per prescribed norms before engaging as Bank’s Medical Consultant (BMC).

  • Appointment:

Candidates selected for the position will be appointed subject to being found medically fit and accepting the terms and conditions outlined by the RBI.
