Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the Regional Institute of Education Common Entrance Examination (RIE CEE) 2024, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

  • Must have passed Higher Secondary Education (10+2) with a Science stream.
  • Must have passed Higher Secondary Education (10+2) with an Arts stream.
  • Must possess a two-year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree.

Age Limit:

  • There is no lower or upper age limit to apply for a B.Ed, M.Ed, or BSc.Ed, or BA.Ed programs through RIE CEE 2024.

The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) conducts the Common Entrance Examination (CEE) to offer admission to teaching courses at Prarambh and Regional Institutes of Education (RIEs) located in Ajmer, Bhubaneswar, Bhopal, Mysore, and Shillong.
