Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), a Navratna CPSE under the Ministry of Railways (Govt. of India), is involved in Metro and Railway construction, major bridge and tunnel projects, highways, and other major infrastructure projects, both in India and overseas. RVNL is seeking experienced candidates for the position of Executive (Finance) in the Finance Department, on a contract basis, with postings available anywhere in India.

Qualification Details

Essential Qualification: B.Com.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in a listed PSU, preferably in a Railway PSU, including:
• Compilation of company accounts and handling audits (Statutory & CAG).
• Compilation, reconciliation, and filing of statutory returns such as GST and GST TDS.
• Working knowledge of direct taxation, including income computation, tax liability, TDS deduction, and filing of Salary-TDS (24Q) and Non-Salary TDS (26Q) returns, as well as generating Form 16 & 16A.
• Experience in managing all types of establishment claims, including salary/compensation for employees/consultants, online preparation of IT returns, and issuing Form 16.
• Experience in contract management, including works & supply, settlement of contractor claims, estimates, and tendering.
• At least 1 year of post-qualification experience in a SAP FI/HCM environment.

Executive Compensation

The corporation offers a competitive compensation package for the position, including a basic pay of Rs. 28,000, additional perks amounting to Rs. 19,600, and a provident fund contribution of Rs. 3,360 (12%). This brings the total monthly remuneration to Rs. 50,960. In addition, the company provides various other perks and allowances as per its policies.

Age Limit

The maximum age for this position is 32 years as of 01.08.2024, with age relaxation available in accordance with Government of India guidelines for SC/ST/OBC, Ex-Servicemen, and PwBD candidates. The Competent Authority reserves the right to relax age and experience criteria for exceptionally meritorious candidates. Method of Selection

Suitable candidates will be shortlisted based on their eligibility and experience in the relevant field and may be called for an interview. The selection process includes a screening/interaction phase and a medical examination, both of which will take place at the Corporate Office of RVNL.

• Copy of the appointment letter for the current post, along with a valid identity card or current pay slip from the company.
• Photo ID proof and address proof (e.g., Passport, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, PAN card, Voter ID Card) issued by Central/State Government.
• 'No Objection Certificate' if currently employed in a Government/PSU/attached or subordinate organization, or any public body substantially funded by the Government.
