Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) is a prestigious government organization operating under the Ministry of Railways in India. They specialize in various construction projects such as metro systems, railway construction, major bridge construction, tunneling, and highways. Additionally, we provide services related to infrastructure design management, project management, and construction supervision both within India and overseas.
They are currently seeking dynamic professionals to join them on a contract basis. Applications are invited from Indian citizens for the following positions,
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet specific criteria related to their educational and professional qualifications, length of experience, required experience:
- All mandatory educational and professional qualifications must be obtained from recognized universities, deemed universities, autonomous institutes authorized by an Act of Parliament or State Legislature in India, or under the UGC Act, or from government-approved/recognized institutions.
- Experience gained after attaining the minimum educational qualification required for the position will be considered for determining eligibility.
- The crucial date for determining eligibility, including the length of post-qualification experience and other criteria, is May 1, 2024. Applicants must possess the necessary post-qualification experience and meet other eligibility criteria as of this date.

Selection Process
The selection process includes screening/interaction and a medical examination, which will take place at the Corporate Office of RVNL. The responsibility to establish eligibility for the post applied for with reference to all the prescribed eligibility conditions rests with the applicant.
Candidates should apply for one post only as the process of selection for all the posts will likely to be held simultaneously.
How to Apply?
To apply for the post, follow the steps,
- Completely filled applications should be sent to the Dispatch Section, Ground Floor, August Kranti Bhawan, Bhikaji Cama Place, R. K. Puram, New Delhi-110066. Alternatively, they can be dropped off personally at the RVNL Corporate Office, Dispatch Section, on any working day, until 5:00 PM on the closing date, which is June 21, 2024.
- The deadline for submitting the application is June 21, 2024.
- RVNL will not be held responsible if candidates fail to submit their applications by the deadline for any reason.
- The information provided by the applicant in the application form will be considered final. Every section of the application form must be completed; failure to do so may result in rejection of the application.
General Instructions
Follow the below instructions to apply,
- Intimation for Screening/Interaction: Information for Screening/Interaction shall be intimated through e-mail/RVNL website. However, candidates should not wait for e-mail and they should keep checking RVNL website for keeping them abreast of the development involving recruitment process.
- Candidates currently serving in Govt./Quasi Govt. offices/Public Sector Undertakings shall have to submit "No Objection Certificate" from their employer at the time of Screening/Interaction, failing which they shall not be allowed to appear in Screening/Interaction and their candidatures shall be treated as cancelled.
- On final selection for contractual appointment in RVNL, such a candidate, who has been working in Govt./PSU/private entity in any capacity, should produce the document conveying the acceptance of his resignation from service of his last employer. In the absence of such document, he shall not be allowed to join RVNL service.
- Before submitting the application, candidate must ensure that he/she fulfils all the eligibility criteria as laid down in this vacancy notice. His/her candidature will be purely provisional subject to eligibility and other verifications before or after his/her appointment in RVNL.
- The decision of RVNL about the mode of selection, number of vacancies, eligibility conditions, short-listing of candidates for screening/interaction, etc. shall be final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
