Reach Friendship Level 10 with Ursula and unlock specific biomes like Forest of Valor, Sunlit Plateau, Forgotten Lands, and Frosted Heights.
Investigate the ruins in the Forgotten Lands, locate a pond, and find the dark crystal on one of the four pedestals behind it.
Ursula requests three more dark crystals. Visit Glade of Trust, Frosted Heights, and Sunlit Plateau to collect them.
Place the collected dark crystals on the pedestals in the Forgotten Lands. This will reveal a special crystal on the floor.
Pick up the special crystal in the Forgotten Lands and return it to Ursula to complete the quest.
