Assassin's Creed Odyssey Walkthrough

The second DLC story arc in Assassin's Creed Odyssey takes players to The Fate of Atlantis, immersing them in the lush fields of Elysium, an afterlife paradise for heroic figures.  The Eagle Bearer embarks on a journey to master the Staff of Hermes Trismegistus, navigating through challenges to harness its power and safely depart Elysium. To maintain the surprise for players, we'll avoid detailed story spoilers throughout this guide.

However, be cautious as spoilers may still be present. For those seeking assistance with Episode 2 - Torment of Hades, we have a dedicated guide available. This guide assumes completion of all optional quests in the DLC, including "Give 'em Hades" and "Free their Minds, the Rest Will Follow."  Similar to the main game, players encounter numerous decision points along the path to the conclusion. Below are our recommendations to achieve a favorable outcome:

Dark Horse quest

In the quest "Dark Horse," players must decide the fate of an old man's horse - whether to let him keep it, surrender it to Persephone, or give it to Adonis.

Our choice

We opted to give the horse to Adonis. Afterwards, players have the option to intimidate the stable boy to prevent Persephone from discovering the exchange.

Good News quest

When tasked with bringing the Silver Tongue recruiter to Adonis's cause, players will choose what message they want her to spread.

Our choice

We selected "Adonis will lead the humans to freedom," despite knowing it may be used against us later in the story. The Keeper and Kyros quest:Upon rescuing Kyros, players should promptly escort him to Hermes and Persephone without delay, as lingering frustrates Hermes.

The Keeper and the Flame quest

At the conclusion of this quest, players should retain the Flame for themselves and refrain from sharing the recipe with anyone else. The Keeper, a Killer quest:During the initial conversation, players should affirm that Hermes is not a murderer. However, ultimately agree to eliminate the captains and  express satisfaction afterwards to maintain the friendship with Hermes.

Persephone's Little Birds quest

Players must decide whether to target the Blacksmith or the Messenger, with the Messenger posing a greater immediate threat to the rebellion.

Have another Drink quest

Choosing not to deliver Lethe’s water to its recipient and instead destroying it has significant repercussions, revealing Hekate's betrayal to Persephone.

Popular quest

While aligning with Hekate and the Rebels, players should sabotage all three wine containers during the quest, subtly shifting events in their favor.

Life for a Life quest

Players must choose between Phoibe or Brasidas, with the decision impacting subsequent events.

The Beacons are Lit quest

At the quest's outset, players can align themselves with either Persephone or Aphrodite. Choosing Aphrodite is advised for a more favorable outcome.

No Good Deed quest

In the critical moment of the story, players must make careful decisions while spying on Hekate and Hermes, ensuring not to alert Hekate.

The Rebellion’s Uprising quest

During the confrontation with Adonis, choosing "To Battle!" and securing victory will impact the outcome. Subsequently, players should seek Hermes's assistance to preserve their relationship with him. The conclusion unfolds with various outcomes, leading to an intriguing cliffhanger awaiting resolution in the subsequent part.
