The African Muzik Magazine Awards, often abbreviated as AFRIMMA, are an annual awards ceremony dedicated to recognizing and celebrating musical achievements, talents, and creativity across the African continent. These awards encompass a wide range of musical genres, reflecting the rich and diverse musical landscape of Africa.

AFRIMMA acknowledges and honors outstanding artists, songs, and contributions in various genres, including but not limited to Afrobeats, Afro-Trap, Assiko, Bongo, Coupé-décalé, Genge, Highlife, Kwaito, Lingala, and Soukous. It serves as a prestigious platform that showcases the immense talent and cultural diversity within the African music industry while promoting and rewarding excellence in music on the continent.

The AFRIMMA awards were founded by Nigerian businessman Anderson Obiagwu and are presented by Big A Entertainment. The inaugural awards ceremony was held in July 2014 at the Eisemann Center in Richardson, Texas.
