The story follows the Navigator, a survivor of the Caelestite race, who hides from Eclipsites in a colossal airship named Soroz. When a character named Vice and her comrades discover the Colossus during a battle, the Navigator aids them, getting involved in a war against the Eclipsites.

The Caelestites, once able to fly colossal airships, were betrayed by one of their own, leading to a massacre. Players navigate the aftermath, discovering different factions of Aurorians with varied agendas. The narrative unfolds through the Navigator's journey, revealing the history of Astra and the conflicts between its inhabitants.
