Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania and Eternals are currently tied at 47 percent on Rotten Tomatoes, though Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania's 47.4 percent score from 146 Fresh reviews and 162 Rotten reviews is just barely lower than Eternals' 46.8 percent from 190 Fresh reviews and 216 Rotten reviews. Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania reviews are still coming in, so it could fall as low as 45 percent, but as the only two films in the entire 30-film MCU to earn Rotten scores, a few percentage points of separation hardly changes the significance of their low scores.
The MCU's average Rotten Tomatoes score, including Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, is 81 percent, down two points from its 83 percent pre-Quantumania average. Rotten Tomatoes' specially chosen "Top Critics" gave Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania an even lower 38 percent score, making it the MCU's second-lowest Top Critic score, falling just one point below Eternals' 37 percent Top Critic score and 37 points below the MCU's 75 percent Rotten Tomatoes Top Critic average.

Unfortunately, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania has received negative feedback. However, there is a silver lining: the film currently has an audience score of 84% on Rotten Tomatoes, based on over 5,000 verified ratings.
Furthermore, Ant-Man 3's poor reviews do not indicate that the MCU is in trouble, as there are still many opportunities for Phase 5 to rebound in the coming months, particularly with the release of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 and The Marvels later this year.
Quantumania's initial score of 63% based on 70 reviews solidified the angle of its disappointing start. However, almost all Rotten Tomatoes scores for Marvel blockbusters tend to fall in the weeks following their opening weekend due to more critics (who aren't Marvel fans) giving it a lower score.
This means that Ant-Man 3's current 47% approval rating could fall in the coming weeks, spell bad news for the MCU threequel. Despite this, an increase in the audience score of 84% is possible.
In any case, many would agree that Quantumania is an important component of the MCU's Multiverse Saga.

Keep an eye out for two post-credit scenes in this one. The first depicts the council that exiled Kang to the Quantum Realm in the first place. They're all Kang Variants, dressed in various outfits and assembled in a temporal council to decide the fate of the Multiverse. Hundreds of Kangs are summoned, some of whom are acting crazed in the crowds surrounding the Coliseum, to discuss how the Avengers of Earth-616 are meddling in the Multiverse and may endanger their plans.
What these plans are remains unknown, but they may have something to do with "conquering"!
The second scene sets the stage for Loki Season 2. We arrive in what appears to be the 1920s, accompanied by a man named Victor Timely (played by Jonathan Majors). This appears to be another Kang variant, and he gives a science experiment presentation.
Loki and Mobius happen to be watching the crowd when the camera pans out. Loki tells Mobius that Timely is the most powerful man he's ever met, a reference to the Disney+ series. This appears to be further along the timeline, with Loki and Mobius possibly tracking the guy down through time.
Antman And The Wasp Quantumania Plot
The story, however, is much more of an Ant family title than a solo Antman film, as we begin with Scott Lang clashing with his teenage daughter Cassie. She was recently arrested for fighting with police, using her father's technology to shrink police cars in an attempt to prevent peaceful protests about homelessness and rising rent. She is, however, a scientist in her own right, having collaborated with Hank to develop a device that will allow them to map the Quantum Realm.
Janet and Hope try to rekindle their relationship after Janet returns from the Quantum Realm. Hope is now a well-known philanthropist, winning awards and doing everything she can to provide affordable housing for all. The family is sucked into the Quantum Realm, where they discover there's more to it than a dull, murky brown wasteland and a slew of freedom fighters. There are also rumours of Kang the Conqueror, a maniacal being bent on conquering the multiverse.
