Starting The Boat Heist Contract In AC Mirage:
Contracts are accessible to Basim after he arrives in Baghdad and speaks with Roshan in the Hidden One's Headquarters.

Apply the same technique to eliminate the seated guard or employ Basim's Chain Assassination ability to dispatch both guards in a single move.

Interact with the lever to open the sluice gate and swiftly dive into the water.
