In Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, for the side quest "The Winds Will Carry Us," Fa’zak in the Common Space at The Circle in the Upper Plains asks you to find 9 windswept kites scattered around the northern regions of the Upper Plains, particularly in the Shattered Bridge and Mother of Rivers subregions. Transforming Kite
Found on the southern edge atop the First Zakru’s center at the Mother of Rivers, directly north of The Circle. Look for it above where the Ghost Strike Ancestral ability is located in the Upper Plains.
Storm Kite
Located atop the eastern end of the First Zakru at the Mother of Rivers, east of the Transforming Kite. It's perched on a stack of rocks on top of the First Zakru, directly north of The Circle.
Spirit of the Clan Kite
Found atop the tallest of the stone pillars in the canyon between Walker’s Haven and Kite String Point in Shattered Bridge. It is on top of a stone pillar in the Weeping Gorge. Finish the main quest, “The Weeping Gorge,” before attempting to retrieve this kite.
Flower Kite
Found atop a Windbent Tree at the cliffs of Kite String Point in Shattered Bridge. Head east of the Weeping Gorge to find it on the top of a cliff, on a large bent tree's branch.
Fight Kite
Located atop a lone stone pillar in the center of Shattered Bridge. Head east of the Weeping Gorge to the large open area known as the Shattered Bridge. The kite is on top of a stone pillar to the north of the first ‘d’ in Shattered Bridge on the map.
Kite of Water
Found on the lower side of a broken stone arch in the eastern Shattered Bridge. Look for it on the lowest side of the big broken arch over the top of the Shattered Bridge area. It’s west-southwest of the Weeping Gorge and north of the ‘g’ in the Shattered Bridge on the map.
Warning Kite
Found atop a broken stone arch between Kite String Point and Kitemaker’s Canyon in Shattered Bridge. This kite is east of the Weeping Gorge on a broken archway above the Heart Pierce River, near the Bladewing Trail.
Fog Guiding Kite
Found on a stone pillar north of Kitemaker’s Canyon in the center of Shattered Bridge. Head to the north side of the Heart Pierce River, east-southeast of the Weeping Gorge, and locate the kite on the top of the tallest rock pillar.
Spite Kite
Found on a grass-covered stone spire west of the First Zakru at Mother of Rivers. Head west of the First Zakru in northern Mother of Rivers to find it on top of the tallest pillar to the south.
