Avatar Frontiers of Pandora Pushing Back

The "Pushing Back" quest in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is a crucial mission where you, as a Na'vi, take a stand against the RDA forces. Here's a detailed walkthrough in simpler terms:

  1. Starting Off:

    • Begin by gearing up for the mission. Ensure you have your gear and supplies ready.
  2. Destroying RDA Air Balloons:

    • After bonding with your ikran and finding Etuwa at the Storyteller's Stone, your first task is to locate and destroy RDA devices in the sky. These devices are harming the kinglor, which needs to be stopped.
    • Travel southeast of the Silk Woods, above Spool Island, to find a cluster of balloons causing trouble.
    • Mount your ikran and be cautious of RDA scorpions that might attack you while you're airborne.
    • Look for a cluster of balloons emitting signals that affect the kinglor flowers. Land on the platform and use SID to hack into the balloons. This will reveal a weak spot which you can shoot at from a safe distance.
    • Be prepared, as more RDA forces may arrive after destroying the first balloon. Fly low to avoid detection and take out the remaining balloons.
  3. Sabotaging Hydro-Oil Extractor Alpha:

    • Once the balloons are dealt with, you'll meet Etuwa near the RDA facility. She'll distract the RDA scorpions while you infiltrate the facility to bring it down from within.
    • The facility has four controls that need interaction, but it's challenging due to AMP suits patrolling the area.
    • Use cables connecting the towers to stay hidden and navigate without getting caught. Utilize SID to hack controls and avoid being detected by the AMP suits. Seek cover whenever needed to stay concealed.
  4. Solving the Extractor Puzzle:

    • After disabling towers and pipelines, head to the top of the extractor. Take down an RDA scorpion guarding the area by aiming for its weak points.
    • Interact with two control panels at the top to overload the antenna, disrupting the facility's frequency and shutting it down.
  5. Finding Etuwa:

    • After the facility takedown, Etuwa crashes with her ikran. Use your Na'vi senses to locate her and Talu in the jungle.
    • While tracking, be cautious of an RDA cluster of soldiers. Either avoid them or navigate through cautiously.
    • Once you find Etuwa, who might be unresponsive, return to Hometree to convince the Aranahe clan to join the Resistance against the RDA.

Completing this quest involves stealth, strategy, and problem-solving. It's about taking down harmful RDA operations while rallying support from your fellow Na'vi clans to protect your planet.
