To make a Thruster, you'll need 1 Wooden Rod, 1 Torch, and 1 Blast Powder. For a Large Thruster, you'll need 3 Wooden Rods, 1 Torch, and 2 Blast Powder.
The number of Thrusters depends on how big you want your boat. For a simple 1×2 platform, three or four Thrusters are enough. If you're going for a larger build, like a 2×3, around seven Thrusters should cover the larger side. It's all up to you and your preferences.
