After Roy discovers the connection between the Spindle and the Egyptian god Osiris, he realizes that Jemma placed him there to stop Ventor. He successfully infiltrates Dynow and eliminates Ventor, but unfortunately, he is too late to save Joe, who was the intended target of the assassins. Devastated by his loss, Roy spends multiple loops in a despondent state before deciding to spend his time with Joe until the inevitable end of the world. During one loop, Roy discovers that Jemma had called Joe later than he previously thought, suggesting that she was still alive.
With this knowledge, he determines the exact time and location of Jemma's death and uses the next loop to save her by hijacking a helicopter, eliminating the assassins, and stopping Ventor. After this, Roy tells Jemma about his time with Joe and the impending end of the world. Jemma explains that he needs to enter the Osiris Spindle to reset it and start the day anew, but if he dies, he will not be able to return. Roy kisses Jemma before entering the spindle and wakes up in bed, determined not to die as the attacks begin.

Boss Level Plot
The movie "Boss Level" features Roy Pulver, a retired Delta Force soldier in Atlanta, who finds himself caught in a time loop, reliving the same day repeatedly. He knows the day's patterns well by now, waking up at 07:00 AM, avoiding an assassin in his apartment, and escaping before it explodes. However, he always dies at 12:47 PM in the final attack and wakes up back in his apartment on the next loop. It turns out that the day before Roy entered the loop, his estranged wife Jemma had asked him to visit her at Dynow Labs, where she was working on a highly classified project, under the pretense of a job interview.
They argue, and Roy is escorted out by Colonel Clive Ventor, who leads Dynow. Jemma had obtained a sample of Roy's hair before he left. On further loops, Roy discovers that Jemma must have placed him in the time loop to stop Ventor, who wants to use Jemma's project, the Osiris Spindle, to rewrite history and set himself up as the world's dictator. The vendor was also responsible for Jemma's death. Roy infiltrates Dynow, kills Ventor, and learns that assassins were sent to kill Joe, Roy's son. Roy mourns over Joe, and the Osiris Spindle explodes, destroying the world.
However, Roy finds out that Jemma called Joe on the day she died, and he realizes he can save her. In the next loop, he hijacks the helicopter, gets to Dynow, kills the assassins, and stops Ventor from killing Jemma. Jemma tells Roy that he has to enter the Osiris Spindle to reset it, and he kisses her before entering it. He wakes up in bed and tells himself not to die as the attacks begin. Roy is able to escape the time loop and restart his life with a newfound appreciation for his family.
