The first three digits are in descending order.
The sum of the two smallest digits is equal to 5.
No pair of the digits can have a difference of 1.
The product of exactly one pair of the digits is a prime number.
The code (as a four-digit number) is divisible by 6.

Logic I used to get to 9714:
If a product is prime that means one of the digits is 1.
This the second smallest digit is 4 (2 smallest add to 5)
The only single digit primes are 2, 3, 5 and 7 and the first 3 are either smaller than or adjacent to 4 so 7 is a digit.
we need a 4th digit and 8 is adjacent to 7 so it has to be 9.
The only combinations of 1,4,7, and 9 that have descending numbers in the first 3 spots are 9741, 9714, or 7419. Only 9714 is divisible by 6.
