Bray Wyatt Illness

According to sources, Bray Wyatt is currently suffering from an unknown illness. Reports suggest that recent rumors of him walking out over creative differences at a WWE house show event at Madison Square Garden in New York City are untrue. Instead, it is reported that Wyatt was not able to attend due to an undisclosed physical illness, the nature and severity of which are currently unknown. There is no timetable for his return. Wyatt was originally scheduled to work at recent house show events and SmackDown shows but was pulled due to his illness. Despite this, WWE is still planning on having Wyatt feud with Bobby Lashley at next month's WrestleMania 39 event.

In addition, it has been reported that Wyatt's Uncle Howdy materials have not been sent to the site of SmackDown shows for the past two weeks. This is reported because WWE officials did not have any creative plans for Wyatt at those shows and made the decision to not send the necessary materials. It has also been reported that neither Wyatt nor Lashley is scheduled to appear at tonight's RAW show in Providence, Rhode Island.

What Happened to Bray Wyatt?

Ahead of WrestleMania 39, a significant update has been released on WWE superstar Bray Wyatt. Recent reports suggest that he is currently out of action due to an undisclosed "physical issue." Prior to this, Wyatt was involved in a program with former WWE Champion Bobby Lashley, with the two of them slated to face off at WrestleMania 39. However, according to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, who appeared on TSN Radio's Sunday Night's Main Event, he was unable to get an answer from his WWE sources regarding whether Wyatt would be wrestling Lashley at 'Mania. Meltzer stated that Wyatt is still with the company, despite rumors of his departure, and that he had a brief appearance on a recent show. The company did not promote the Wyatt-Lashley match on any of its recent shows.

Where is Bray Wyatt now?

Bray Wyatt's second stint with WWE hasn't lived up to fans' expectations. Despite returning with a lot of hype, he has only competed in one televised match against LA Knight at Royal Rumble. This match, which was a Mountain Dew Pitch Black contest, received a lot of criticism. Wyatt was originally scheduled to face Bobby Lashley at WrestleMania 39, but his sudden absence from TV programming led to the match being canceled. It was later reported that Wyatt has an undisclosed health issue that has kept him off the Road to WrestleMania and his status for the Show of Shows remains uncertain.

Is Bray Wyatt Returning to WWE?

When Bray Wyatt made his WWE return, he was greeted with a lot of excitement and cheers. His promos were captivating as always, but things have not been smooth sailing since then. Recent reports suggest that the potential faction that was speculated for him may not happen anytime soon. Before his comeback, the Firefly Fun House characters made an appearance, leading to speculation that he could lead a faction again. Names like Vincent and Dutch, who are ROH alums, were rumored to be part of the faction.

The Professional Wrestling career of Bray Wyatt

On the February 5, 2009, episode of Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW), Bray Wyatt made his in-ring debut in a dark match where he defeated Brian Jossie. He later made his television debut in April of the same year under the name Alex Rotundo, but later changed it to Duke Rotundo. He began teaming up with his brother Bo in June 2009 and together they defeated The Dude Busters (Caylen Croft and Trent Barretta) on July 23 to become the number one contenders to the FCW Florida Tag Team Championship. On the same night, they won the championship by defeating Justin Angel and Kris Logan. The Rotundo Brothers successfully defended the title against Dylan Klein and Vance Archer, as well as Curt Hawkins and Heath Slater. However, they lost the championship to The Dude Busters at the FCW television tapings on November 19.

How Much is Bray Wyatt’s net worth?

According to sources, in 2019, Bray Wyatt's net worth was estimated to be around US$850,000. However, it was reported by SportsKeeda last year that in 2020, Wyatt received an annual salary of $1 million, which excluded any earnings from merchandise sales royalties or PPV bonuses. Currently, there is no official information available regarding Wyatt's net worth in 2021, so we can only make assumptions at this point.
