Call of Duty Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 have recently received the Season 5 Reloaded mid-season update, bringing new playable content such as weapons, a 6v6 multiplayer map, and cosmetic bundles. The update size varies across different platforms.
For PC users, playing on Steam or Battle.net, the Season 5 Reloaded update file size is 51.5 GB. Similarly, both Steam and Battle.net players can expect a similar file size.
PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 users will encounter a download size of 60.88 GB. Despite the generational differences, both platforms have identical download sizes, with the PlayStation 5 offering a smoother 120 FPS experience.
On Xbox X|S consoles, the expected download size is around 58 GB. Xbox platforms typically have a slightly smaller file size compared to PlayStation due to PlayStation receiving some exclusive cosmetics and bundles.

Development initiated in 2008, initially referred to as Call of Duty 6. It employs the IW 4.0 engine, a refined iteration of Call of Duty 4's IW 3.0 engine. Real-world conflicts inspired the campaign's creation. Multiplayer testing commenced with an in-house beta.
Modern Warfare 2's announcement arrived in February 2009, followed by teaser trailers in March and a full reveal trailer. Additional details about the multiplayer mode were also unveiled. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is a first-person shooter game characterized by intense gunfights against enemy soldiers. The player assumes the role of a soldier with a range of actions like jumping, sprinting, crouching, and aiming down sights. When hit by enemy fire, the HUD displays blood splatters, but finding cover allows health to regenerate.
