  • 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 3 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 5 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped

Procedure To Make Simple Chicken Fry For Beginners

  • Chicken should be cleaned and cut into small pieces. Put it in a colander to dry after washing.
  • The coriander leaves should be chopped and left aside.
  • In a pan, heat the oil.

  • The chicken pieces are now added, mixed, and cooked for 2 minutes on high heat until the color changes.
  • Add the salt and turmeric powder, stir, and cook for 2–3 minutes over medium heat, or until lightly browned.
  • For about 20 minutes, with the lid on, simmer the chicken on low heat until it is almost tender. You can lift the lid once, stir, and then replace it.
  • Now combine all the spice powders, and simmer for 3–4 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the chicken pieces are browned and the spices are cooked.
  • Finally, combine the dish and serve it hot, garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
