List of New Iconic Cyberware:

Frontal Cortex:

• COX-2 Cybersomatic Optimizer: Increases your quickhacks' critical chance by 100%. Requires 50 Cyberware Capacity but reduces your max RAM by 8.
• RAM Reallocator: Instantly recovers 23% of max RAM when it drops to 20% or less. Requires 40 Cyberware Capacity, adds 2 max RAM, and has an 85-second cooldown.
• Axolotl: Reduces all cyberware cooldown by 10.5% after defeating an enemy. Requires 55 Cyberware Capacity.

Face:

• Kiroshi “Cockatrice” Optics: Increases your critical chance by 30% and provides 10x optical zoom when aiming or scanning. Requires 30 Cyberware Capacity.

Hands:

• Immovable Force: Reduces recoil by 30% and bullet spread by 25% for all ranged weapons. Activates automatically. Requires 35 Cyberware Capacity.

Legs:

• Leeroy Ligament System: Increases movement speed by 18% and adds 12 additional armor. Requires 8 Cyberware Capacity.

Skeleton:

• Rara Avis: Adds +35% to your armor. Requires 52 Cyberware Capacity.

Operating System:

• Chrome Compressor: Provides an additional 38 cyberware capacity. Requires no Cyberware Capacity.

Nervous System:

• Revulsor: Slows time by 60% for 4.5 seconds when health drops below 25%, without affecting movement. Requires 35 Cyberware Capacity with a 40-second cooldown.
• Adreno-Trigger: Increases movement speed by 30% for 55 seconds when entering combat. Requires 20 Cyberware Capacity.
• Deep-Field Visual Interface: Increases Critical Chance the farther you are from an enemy, with a maximum of 92% at 95 meters. Requires 40 Cyberware Capacity.

Integumentary System:

• Chitin: Boosts health regeneration and adds 200 additional armor. Requires 42 Cyberware Capacity.
• Peripheral Inverse: Increases defense the closer an enemy gets, with a maximum of 40% damage reduction at three meters. Requires 32 Cyberware Capacity and adds 28 additional armor.

Circulatory System:

• Electromag Recycler: Provides a 4% boost to health and stamina when hitting an enemy with a fully charged Tech weapon. Requires 40 Cyberware Capacity.
• Isometric Stabilizer: Reduces stamina cost by 18% for all attacks. Requires 40 Cyberware Capacity.

You can obtain these Iconic Cyberware upgrades by defeating higher-level enemies or finding them as loot in chests and drawers in the game world. Alternatively, you can buy them from Ripperdocs in Dogtown, but you'll need to have a high Street Cred level to do so.
