Ending 1: "Cure Songbird"
In this ending, you help Songbird escape from the Stadium and betray Reed and the FIA. Songbird contacts you for an escape plan, aiming to reach a clinic on the Moon for a cure using the Neural Matrix. You infiltrate the spaceport with Songbird's help, but President Myers and Reed arrive, leading to a battle.
After boarding the Moon rocket, you discover that only one person can be cured, leading to a confrontation with Reed. If you refuse to let him take Songbird, you end up shooting Reed in the head. Songbird is on her way to the Moon, but V remains in a dire state.
Ending 2: "Agree to Reed's Deal"
Once more, you help Songbird escape, infiltrate the spaceport, and discover Songbird's betrayal on the train. Following Johnny's advice, you make a deal with Reed: you give up Songbird in exchange for the Neural Matrix cure from the NUSA. Reed takes Songbird, and you are left on your own. After the credits, you can have a conversation with Johnny about Songbird, and eventually, you get the opportunity to get cured of the Relic.
Ending 3: "Kill Songbird"
In this ending, you help Reed capture Songbird by stalling during the Neural Matrix extraction. However, Songbird realizes something is wrong and goes on a rampage due to Blackwall corruption. After a series of events, including the death of Alex and a failed prison convoy ambush, you chase So Mi into the Cynosure bunker.
You find her on the verge of death, begging to be allowed to die. After unplugging her from the core, Reed arrives. You deliver Songbird's body to President Myers, and you get no help with the Relic. After the credits, you can meet Reed for a debrief, where he acknowledges your failure as an FIA agent but expresses gratitude for making the difficult decision to kill Songbird.
Ending 4: "Spare Songbird"
To achieve this ending, you stall for time to help Reed capture Songbird. You set up a convoy ambush and reach Songbird in the Cynosure bunker. Reed arrives, and after sparing So Mi, you take Songbird to President Myers, who thanks you and offers you a medal.
In a debrief with Reed, he reveals that So Mi couldn't be cured due to severe Blackwall corruption but will survive with an altered personality. The Neural Matrix is saved for you, allowing you to pursue a new Relic cure ending for the game's main story.
