Note
You can't modify the Rasetsu, but it benefits from the Tech Weapon skill branch in the revamped Technical Ability tree.
The Bolt skill increases direct damage, while the Chain Lightning skill lets shots arc electric damage between targets, making the Rasetsu more efficient against groups of enemies.
