In Disney Dreamlight Valley, the Directive Danger quest is a task where you help EVE, a character in the game. She needs reassurance that Eternity Isle is safe. To do this, you'll take pictures at specific spots around the island to show EVE that everything's okay.
First, make sure you have the A Rift in Time expansion. Complete Jafar's quest called 'The Flying Metal Nuisance.' If you're new, finish some earlier quests before starting this one.

With this tool, talk to EVE again to begin the Directive Danger quest. You'll need to snap photos at specific places on Eternity Isle to prove it's safe.
After taking the first set of photos at Ancient's Landing, return to EVE. If you've fixed a bridge in another quest called 'The Sand in the Hourglass,' there are more photos to take in Glittering Dunes and Wild Tangle.

Once you've fixed the bridge, take more photos for EVE and go back to complete the Directive Danger quest. It might take some time, but making friends with EVE is worth it in the game!
