Where Can You Find the Ingredients for Making Dream Fizz?
To make Dream Fizz in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you need four ingredients. Here's where you can find them:
Wheat: You can buy wheat at Goofy's Stall in the Peaceful Meadow biome for three Star Coins. If you prefer, you can also grow wheat from wheat seeds, available at Goofy's Stall for one Star Coin each. It takes just one minute for wheat seeds to grow.
Slush Ice: To get slush ice, you need to unlock Chez Remy, the expert chef. When you reach friendship level 10, you'll be given the task of making ice cream in 'The Unknown Flavor' quest. Slush ice is made by combining Snowballs and Purified Night Shard Powder. This ingredient is also used in other recipes, like lemon sorbet.
Dreamlight Fruit: To obtain Dreamlight Fruit, you need to unlock Simba and reach friendship level seven to begin 'The Seed of Memories' quest. Once you find the Dreamlight Tree seed, plant it in the Sunlit Plateau biome near the pond and water it with a watering can to grow the Dreamlight Fruit.
Once you've collected all the ingredients, head to a cooking station and toss them into a cooking pot to make Dream Fizz.

Disney Dreamlight Valley Plot
In Disney Dreamlight Valley, the story is about a person who takes a break from city life and goes back to their old rural home. They fall asleep in their childhood backyard and enter a dream world called Dreamlight Valley, where they regain memories of their past.
The valley used to be a happy place until the ruler disappeared, and Night Thorns caused everyone to forget everything in an event called 'The Forgetting.' With the help of Merlin and their own magic called 'Dreamlight,' the player aims to clear away the Night Thorns and restore the valley.
They discover their old house and investigate the Dream Castle, finding doorways to other realms where villagers fled. By helping characters and unlocking doors, they bring back villagers to rebuild Dreamlight Valley. Along the way, the player learns they were the valley's former ruler and that the Forgetting was caused by a dark being called the Forgotten, who turns out to be the player's inner child. The player helps the Forgotten overcome negative emotions, preventing a rift that could destroy the valley, and everyone forgives and welcomes the Forgotten back to Dreamlight Valley.
