In the Hide and Seek Quest of Disney Illusion Island, you are tasked with finding five kids who are hiding in different locations throughout the game. To start, head southeast from where Mayor Leeward is located, following the pathway until you reach a pool of water. Continue west from there until you encounter a Checkpoint just before another pool of water. Swim to the far left side, where you'll spot a small notch in the purple wall to the top right. Utilize the Wall Jump ability from the left wall to reach the hidden area and locate the first kid.
For the second kid, backtrack and find an area with a Heart Container and a swingable hook. Activate the Star Bridge and swing left, leading to a breakable floor. Use the Ground Pound ability to smash through it. In the upper right portion of the room, you'll notice a small notch on the purple wall near the center. Wall Jump from the left wall to land on a small wooden platform to the right and then navigate across other platforms until you reach the wall on the right. Wall Jump off the right wall and through the hidden area to discover the second kid.
To find the third kid, return to where Mayor Leeward is and head northeast. Use the hooks to ascend until you reach another Checkpoint, and then proceed east. You'll come across a tall tower in the right corner of the room, with the third kid visible behind it. Swing from the hook in the center of the room to the top portion of the tower, revealing a hidden area where you can drop behind the tower and find the third kid.
After finding the third kid, head west from the room's exit with the tower. Travel northwest until you find a teeter-totter in a room filled with Star Bridges. Proceed northwest and follow the pathway to a room with two hidden areas. Reach the top portion of the structure and use the Ground Pound ability to smash through two breakable floors. Go back to the room's central area and access the bottom hidden area to Wall Jump up and discover the fourth kid hiding in the top left corner.
The fifth and final kid is a bit out of the way. After finding the fourth kid, return to the room with the teeter-totter and head northeast. Keep heading east until you reach the area with the Checkpoint featuring a blue and red bounce pad above it. Move west and continue in that direction until you find another Checkpoint beside a large wooden barrel you can pass through. Activate the Star Bridges and go to the left, building the last vertical one above the pink bounce pad on the ground. Hop down and make your way to the far left of the room.
Use the Wall Jump ability to reach the platform above you, then Wall Jump again to activate another Star Bridge above you. Walk all the way to the right on it to make it appear on the other side of the wall. Drop back down onto the platform below and use the bounce pad to launch yourself onto the Star Bridge you just created. Follow the Star Bridge to the right and leap at the pink wall with a slight notch taken out of it in the top right, revealing a hidden area where the fifth and final kid is hiding. Once you've found all five kids, return to Mayor Leeward to complete the Quest successfully.

To successfully complete the Hide and Seek Quest in Disney Illusion Island, follow these steps. Firstly, head southeast from Mayor Leeward's location, and then west until you find a Checkpoint near a pool of water. Swim to the far left side of this pool, using Wall Jump from the left wall to access a hidden area and find the first kid. Next, backtrack and find a Heart Container area with a swingable hook.
Activate the Star Bridge and swing left, breaking a floor with Ground Pound. Use Wall Jump on the right wall to reach a small wooden platform, then navigate across others to discover the second kid. Return to Mayor Leeward and head northeast, using hooks to move upward until another Checkpoint. Continue east, Swing to a tall tower and drop behind it to find the third kid. Afterward, head west from the tower's exit, travel northwest to a teeter-totter room, and access two hidden areas.
Use Ground Pound to break the floors and Wall Jump to reach the top left corner to uncover the fourth kid. Finally, go back to the teeter-totter room and head northeast again. Reach a Checkpoint with a blue and red bounce pad above it, then go west and locate another Checkpoint near a large wooden barrel.
Activate the Star Bridges, jump on the last vertical one, and build it above the pink bounce pad. Wall Jump to a platform and activate another Star Bridge above you. Walk to the right on it to create a bridge on the other side of the wall. Drop down, use the bounce pad, and follow the Star Bridge until you find a pink wall with a notch taken out. Wall Jump to reveal a hidden area with the fifth and final kid. Return to Mayor Leeward to complete the quest and enjoy the rewards of a successful Hide and Seek adventure.
