They take the symbiote to Oscorp to destroy it, but Harry, who's very ill again, intercepts them and becomes Venom. He wants to "heal the world" with symbiotes and starts with New York. Mary Jane destroys the meteorite that brought the symbiote to Earth, getting rid of all the symbiotes, including Venom.
