EA Games Not Showing in Library
Game still processing or order not completed
If you have recently purchased a game, it may take some time for it to appear in your library. The order might still be processing. To check the status of your order, you can go to the EA Account Settings portal and click on the Order History tab . If the order is still processing, you will receive the game when it's completed. If the order is not showing, you may have bought the game on another account. In that case, try logging in to the EA Account Settings portal with other email addresses you may have used.
Library settings
Make sure that your game library is set to show all games and not just installed games. Sometimes, games may not appear if the library settings are not configured correctly. You can check this by going to the Origin menu and selecting "Reload my games" or ensuring that the library is set to show "All Games".
Unfinished application or technical issues
There have been reports of technical issues with the EA app, such as games not loading or the library not displaying properly. Some users have experienced an empty library or a yellow bar at the top of the app . These issues may be related to the application itself and could be resolved by updating the app, resetting it, or contacting EA support for assistance.
DLC and expansion packs
If you have purchased DLC or expansion packs for a game, it's important to note that only the base game will appear in your library. To access the DLC or expansion packs, you need to hover over the game in your library and click on the three dots that appear in the top corner. From there, you can view your DLC and expansion packs.
