How to Get Shroud Sack?

They are dropped by two types of enemies: the blue flower-like creatures and the red four-legged ones. The blue flower-like creatures can be found in various locations, with one of the best spots being the region near Lone Thistle, where you encounter The Alchemist’s Mortar quest. Other places to find them include the heavily Shrouded areas near Revelwood Ancient Spire and the Nomad Highlands.
Identifying these creatures can be tricky as they remain closed like unopened flowers from a distance. They only bloom and become visible when you get closer, attempting to attack you.
