Dissatisfied members have taken to Twitter to express their grievances and have urged the EPFO board to take action. In response, the EPFO has repeatedly replied that they regret the inconvenience and that the concerned team is working on the issue.

This is not the first time that EPF members have faced this problem. Similar issues were reported in the past few months.

Why EPF E-Passbook Facility is Still Down?

For the past week, many EPF members who tried to access the e-passbook page were met with a 404 error. This seems to be due to a server issue that has affected the EPFO portal's e-passbook service.

Users have been receiving a message that says, "Not Found. The requested URL /MemberPassBook/Login was not found on this server." The passbook section on the EPFO website has been down for a few days, and EPFO has acknowledged the issue on Twitter, apologizing for the inconvenience and assuring subscribers that their team is working on resolving the matter.

However, there are alternative ways to access one's passbook or check their EPF balance, such as using the UMANG App, as stated on the EPF website.

How to View EPF Passbook Using UMANG app?
