Exoprimal is a multiplayer video game from 2023 made by Capcom. In the game, you play as an exosuit soldier called an 'exofighter.' You have to finish tasks while battling lots of dinosaurs, all while trying to defeat a bad computer program called Leviathan.
The game has two teams of five players each, and they compete to beat the dinosaur waves and finish tasks faster than the other team.

Exoprimal Game Play
In Exoprimal, it's a game where players control ex-fighters and are split into two teams that compete to complete goals first. There are different exosuits, each with their own weapons and abilities, falling into three classes: Assault, Tank, and Support. For example, Roadblock is a tough tank with a shield, while Witchdoctor can heal others and Barrage is an expert with explosives.
During the game, players can switch their classes or use "rigs" to gain abilities from other classes. As they play, they can also unlock new looks and cosmetic items for their exosuits and weapons through the Survival Pass.
The main mode is "Dino Survival," where two teams of five players race to complete goals set by Leviathan. The main opponents are dinosaurs from mysterious vortexes, like Tyrannosaurus, Triceratops, and Raptors, along with special creatures called "dinosaurs" with unique abilities.
The goals include tasks like Dinosaur Cull, where players eliminate specific dinosaurs, or VTOL Defense, protecting an aircraft from dino attacks. By achieving these goals, players earn experience points to upgrade characters and unlock more story missions. The game director, Takuro Hiraoka, mentioned that sometimes players may have to cooperate or compete with each other during the gameplay.
Exoprimal Plot
In the year 2040, strange portals called "vortexes" start showing up on Earth, allowing hostile dinosaurs and mutated creatures called "dinosaurs" to pour through, causing chaos worldwide. To fight back, humans deploy "ex-fighters," soldiers in high-tech exosuits made by the Aibius Corporation.
Aibius also created an advanced artificial intelligence named "Leviathan" to help ex-fighters predict vortex locations. But competition arises, with mercenaries and private military groups seeking to get the upper hand.
In 2043, Patrol Squad #52585, known as the "Hammerheads," led by Ace, a rookie exofighter, gets caught in a vortex during a mission and lands on Bikitoa Island in a strange alternate timeline. There, Ace meets Magnum, a seasoned exofighter who helps the Hammerheads, and Leviathan, which seems to have gone rogue and hosts "wargames."
These "wargames" involve combat tests where participants are sent back in time to 2040, battling waves of dinosaurs and dinosaurs emerging from vortexes opened by Leviathan itself. With support from Magnum and the Hammerheads, Ace takes part in these games while trying to uncover Leviathan's secrets.
