Brakes:
In terms of braking, use 100% brake pressure and set the brake bias to 57% for a balanced front-to-rear distribution. Be cautious, as locking the brakes is easier in F1 23. If you find it challenging to manage without ABS, you can reduce the brake pressure and adjust your braking points accordingly.
Tyres:
For tire pressure, it is recommended to use the minimum pressures across the board. This will help maintain tire performance throughout the race. However, keep in mind that you may need to warm up the tires a bit more during outlaps and the formation lap.
Adjustments:
If you're looking to fine-tune the setup, here are some additional adjustments you can try:
Decrease wing levels by 1-3 clicks for better top speed, but be aware that it may affect turn-in capability and high-speed stability.
If the car lacks responsiveness on turn-in, raise the front wing a click or two.
If the car feels loose at low speeds, consider moving the off-throttle differential to 53/54 for increased stability.
Stiffen the front suspension and anti-roll bar for a more responsive car, but note that it may make traction more challenging.
Adjust the brake bias during the lap to optimize performance in heavy and light braking zones.
Lockups are easier to achieve in F1 23, with front locking being less problematic than rear locking. Adjust your brake bias accordingly to reduce the chances of lockups.
In short online races, add a click of tire pressure to improve warm-up.

In F1 23, the popular story mode called "Braking Point" makes a return from its introduction in F1 2021.
