In Super Mario RPG, there's a special character called Fat Yoshi. To find him, you need to go to Yo'ster Isle after completing the Forest Maze and getting the second Star Piece.
After doing a minigame race against Boshi with the Green Yoshi, you can return to the island later in the game. There, you'll discover a Baby Yoshi who wants a lot of Yoshi Cookies. Feed him at least 30 Yoshi Cookies, and he'll transform into the legendary Fat Yoshi. Once Fat Yoshi appears, you can give him more Yoshi Cookies to receive various rewards.
