"After the conclusion of the Fifth Holy Grail War, the Mage Association becomes aware of a faction of renegade Mages led by the rogue sorcerer Faldeus. This group intends to orchestrate a counterfeit Holy Grail War within the American city of Snowfield. During this period of deliberation, Lord El-Melloi II contemplates the appropriate course of action. Meanwhile, Flat Escardos, one of his students, defies his instructions and ventures to Snowfield with the aim of participating in the War, driven by his curiosity to witness the Holy Grail firsthand.
Upon reaching Snowfield, Flat Escardos successfully summons Jack the Ripper, a Servant of the Berserker class. Additionally, Gilgamesh is summoned and allies with Tiné Chelc, a young Native American girl, who becomes his Master in her quest to reclaim her tribe's ancestral land from the Mages.
The Mage who had initially summoned Tiné is assassinated by an unseen assailant, only to subsequently return to life with a newfound interest in undermining her deeply held spiritual beliefs. Simultaneously, a comatose girl named Tsubaki manages to establish a connection with a spectral-like Servant. The chief of Snowfield's police force enlists the assistance of Caster to replicate Noble Phantasms for his elite unit, Clan Calatin. Furthermore, Enkidu, a Servant, can be invoked by a pet dog belonging to a Mage.
Gilgamesh and Enkidu share an instinctive awareness of each other's presence, leading to a clash as they seek to settle a longstanding rivalry. However, upon realizing that the other Servants are observing their conflict, they mutually decide to eliminate the remaining contenders before resuming their battle. The extraordinary might displayed by Gilgamesh and Enkidu leaves the participants of the imitation Grail War in awe.
Amidst these events, another Mage embarks on a quest to terminate the fraudulent Grail War, which poses a catastrophic threat to the world. This individual pins their hopes on an enigmatic "Intruder." In the environs of Snowfield, a weapon-wielding Servant confronts a young girl, inquiring if she serves as his Master. Her response is negative, motivated by her reluctance to fulfill the role she has been assigned.
