The driver lost control of the vehicle, resulting in a collision with a parked delivery truck. The impact caused the truck to jump the curb and strike a UPS driver. Fortunately, the UPS driver sustained non-serious injuries. However, tragically, Fortune Williams was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.

A tragic incident occurred on Sunday morning on I-794 in Cudahy, resulting in the death of a 14-year-old girl identified as Zamari Spadaro, according to the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office.

The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office reported that around 2 a.m., the St. Francis police observed a car traveling at a speed exceeding 110 mph on I-794 southbound. Subsequently, the car flipped over and landed down the embankment near Pennsylvania Avenue.

Upon the arrival of authorities, the 17-year-old female driver was found attempting CPR on Zamari Spadaro, who had been ejected from the back seat and was unconscious.

Fortunately, two other passengers were conscious and breathing. They had managed to remove the 14-year-old girl from beneath the car prior to the arrival of deputies, as stated by the sheriff's office.
