These magicians are in the Old Camp, one of the three groups in the colony. However, you soon learn that the head magician, Xardas, has left to study dark magic.
As you progress through the game, you have to make important choices. You can join one of the three camps: the Old Camp, the New Camp, or the Brotherhood. Each camp has its own goals and beliefs. The story revolves around your interactions with these groups and your efforts to discover the secrets of the magical ore that the king is mining in the colony.
Throughout the game, you'll uncover the truth about the Sleeper, a powerful being, and work with different factions to try to escape from the mining colony. The plot is full of twists and turns, as you learn about the true nature of the god the Brotherhood believes in and the role of the magicians in the colony. It's a story of intrigue, magic, and adventure in a unique fantasy world.
