He also worked as an editor for several Rodale Press magazines. In 1995 he became a staff writer for Men’s Health. In 1999 he got the promotion to editor-in-chief of Men’s Health. After one year he was replaced by David Zinczenko. Gutfeld became the Editor-in-chief of Stuff.
Gutfeld hired several dwarfs to attend a conference of the Magazine Publishers of America on the topic of "buzz". From 2004 to 2006 he edited the company's Maxim magazine in the U.K. In 2007 Gutfeld was the host of the late-night talk, show Red Eye on the Fox News Channel.
In 2011, Gutfeld became a co-host and panelist on the Fox News political talk show The Five. In 2015 he left the show. Likewise, Grey was the host of The Greg Gutfeld Show from 2015 to 2021that aired on the Fox News Channel.
