A devastating event wreaked havoc on modern civilization, and now, fifteen years later, a group of young individuals finds themselves residing in an isolated facility, completely severed from the outside world. Within this setting, Tokio, one of the girls in the group, unexpectedly receives a message offering her the opportunity to leave the confines of the facility.
Another member of the group, Mimihime, possesses the ability to foresee that two individuals, one bearing a resemblance to Tokio, will arrive from the outside world to rescue her. However, the group's director issues a stern warning to Tokio, cautioning her that the world beyond the facility is nothing but a living Hell.
Simultaneously, Maru, a boy who bears a striking resemblance to Tokio, and Kiruko, a girl, venture through the remnants of Japan in search of a place known as Heaven. Their aim is to discover a safe haven amidst the ruins.
