Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 Gameplay
Turbocharged, like its predecessor, is a racing game where players control Hot Wheels vehicles, racing against opponents on miniature tracks set in everyday locations like an arcade, backyard, mini-golf course, museum, and gas station diner. It introduces new elements like outdoor tracks with grass and dirt, modules for gravity-defying feats, and vehicle abilities such as double jumping and lateral drifting.
The game includes motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles, offering a total of 130 vehicles in categories like Rocket, Balanced, Swift, Drifter, Off-Road, and Heavy Duty. Players unlock vehicles by purchasing them in the in-game store and can extensively customize their appearance. Skill points earned through gameplay allow vehicle upgrades, and Turbocharged adds modes like elimination events, drift challenges, online events, a story mode with animated cutscenes, cross-platform play (excluding the Switch), and two-player split-screen multiplayer.
