To beat the Mulligan and Thornton boss fight in Alan Wake 2, follow these steps:
Before the fight, make sure you have the crossbow. Save shotgun and pistol ammo for this battle. Also, upgrade your weapons and healing items.
In the arena, listen for Mulligan and Thornton's voices. Look for a red flare to see where they are and where their shots come from.
When the battle begins, orbs will appear in the arena. Use your flashlight's charged attack to destroy the first orb above the well.
