Location and How to Reach
Susuyai Shrine is situated in the Central Hyrule Region, specifically in the Passeri Greenbelt. To locate the shrine, head southwest from Lookout Landing and the Lookout Landing Skyview Tower. It is easily visible on the ground in plain sight

Cross the Highway
Upon entering the shrine, you'll encounter a highway-like area with three lanes of high-speed traffic. Be cautious as the moving cars can cause harm. Carefully make your way across the highway.
Obtain Arrows
Utilize your Ultrahand to grab the car in the middle lane, which contains a treasure chest. Adjust its path so that it collides with the wall, allowing you to climb on top safely. Open the chest to acquire Arrows x5.
Getting a Car on the Rotating Floor
Your objective is to transfer a car to the next rotating floor. While on the highway, grab a moving car and position it against a wall. To prevent it from moving, strike one of its wheels. Alternatively, you can fuse the car with another object on the ground to stop it. Place the stationary car on the rotating floor. Stand in front of the car and strike a single wheel to activate all four wheels. Hop aboard the car.

Ride the car up and over to proceed.
Spinning Wooden Device
In the following area, you'll come across a closed gate and a spinning wooden device. The device opens the gate when pressure is applied. Position a car in front of the device, activate the car, and allow it to collide with the spinning device. This action will open the gate, granting you access to the next area.
Moving the Hanging Platform
In the subsequent section, there is a long track, two wheels, and a hanging platform. The platform might be difficult to notice at first, but it is already hanging freely on the track and can be moved easily. To move the platform while standing on it, grab one of the wheels (they will respawn if dropped) and attach it to the front of the top of the hanging device. This will connect the platform with the wheel touching the track. Hop onto the platform and aim an arrow upwards at the wheel to activate it and set the platform in motion. You should have obtained arrows from the earlier treasure chest.

Obstacle 2: Rolling Hill
The second obstacle is a large rolling hill that spans the entire width of the hallway. There are four Small Wheels and a stone slab nearby. Construct a fast-moving vehicle using these components, enabling Link to cross the hill successfully.
Obstacle 3: Portcullis Gate
Beyond the rolling hill, there is a portcullis gate blocking access to the next room. Pushing the nearby lever will raise the gate, but it requires continuous pushing to keep it open. To solve this, attach a Small Wheel to the lever using the Ultrahand and activate it. The rotating wheel will keep the lever in motion, allowing Link to pass through the gate. Alternatively, use the Recall ability on the lever after pushing it for some time to keep it spinning without Link's direct involvement.
Final Room: Pit Crossing
The final room features a large pit with a small wire spanning the gap. Two Small Wheels and a stone are provided. Attach the wheels to the top of the hanging stone on the wire. As the wheels move, they will drag the stone across the gap, carrying Link with it. Once across, a statue of Rauru and Sonia awaits, granting Link a Light of Blessing.
