• To locate Tulin in Tears of the Kingdom, first speak to Teba and Saki, who will point out two bonfires in the distance. Glide over there, making sure to land on the snowy pillar in the middle of the area to replenish Link's stamina.
• Next, climb up the ladder and continue up the slope until you meet Cecilia. Talk with her and then head up the west slope instead of forward, taking care of the Bokoblin enemies along the way. You'll soon spot a bonfire marking the Hebra South Summit Cave.
• Proceed through the cave, igniting the thorns with arrows and fire fruit to clear the path. In the large cavern filled with wind, use the glider to drift up to the next part of the cave.
• Here, you'll encounter the enemy Laissa warned about, but it can be easily defeated with arrows and Fire Fruit. Climb the walls to reach the next part of the cave, refilling Link's stamina on ledges where needed.
• Speak with Gesane, who will direct you to the lone cedar tree where Tulin followed some monsters. Climb up towards the tree to reunite with Tulin.
• Tulin will inform you that his bow has been stolen by a monster and will ask for your help to retrieve it. Using Tulin's Power of Wind, glide over to the rooftop in front of you both and shoot the bow-stealing monster with an arrow.

If you're on the hunt for Tulin in Rito Village in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, head to the northwest marker on your map. Lucky Clover Gazette is slightly to the east of the village, and the bridge to the archipelago where Rito Village is located is broken.

While there are multiple ways to cross, we opted to chop down trees and build a bridge with the Ultrahand ability. You can use ten trees to build a sturdy bridge or five narrow logs for a riskier option. Once you cross the bridges, climb the stairs to meet Tulin at the top. Along the way, feel free to visit the various shops in the village if you need to stock up on supplies.
